Dear Sensei, This is a cute brooch, but initially was quite difficult for me to follow. I have done crochet for 2 years, but bead crochet is something interesting. Fortunately, I have a book on Japanese crochet symbols. I redo this 2 times to make sure brooch completes ok. Glad it turns out well. I have a second kit to make (The Calico Cat pattern). Thank you Sensei.

It's difficult to make, but there's a sense of accomplishment when you finish it. I'm currently working on my second kit, so once it's finished, it'll be fun to wear both together and decide which one to wear depending on my mood that day.
